Marketing Week’s annual Career & Salary Survey identifies the key issues, challenges and opportunities facing marketers.
Marketing Week’s Career & Salary Survey, now in its 28th year, aims to identify the key issues, challenges and opportunities for you and your career, as well as creating an accurate salary benchmarking tool for the industry.
This year we want to explore how marketers’ mental health is being impacted by the persistent ‘more with less’ business environment, analyse the current state of recruitment processes and ask how AI is impacting relationships with colleagues and agencies alike.
We want to examine whether pay gaps are closing, if restructures are ramping up and explore if marketers really have ownership of the 4Ps.
Please take 15 minutes to fill out the survey and help us create the industry’s most in-depth census of marketing careers and salaries.
