Team culture is precious. At times fragile, culture is the glue that holds businesses together, the substance people fall back on in uncertain times. Clarity, consistency and accountability are, for many, the hallmarks of a highly successful marketing team, anchored on making culture part of everyone’s remit.

This is the opinion of Trainline vice-president of brand and marketing, Jo McClintock.
